ABOUT

Formerly known as the Western Furniture Exchange and Merchandise Mart, The Mart SF is an Art Deco icon.

We redeveloped the 1355 Market Street Building while maintaining its classic architecture and, at the same time, offering modern and state-of-the-art conveniences.

The 80,000 square foot floor plates and large blocks of contiguous space allow occupants extraordinary opportunities and virtually unlimited configurations to create customized work environments.

The adjacent 1TENth building was also renovated with a new lobby, glass curtain wall, and connected sky bridge to 1355 Market.
